At The Wedding Crècherz, it's the people behind the magic who truly make us special. Our dedicated team of 40 experienced professionals brings together a wide range of childcare expertise, care, and creativity to ensure every child feels safe, happy, and fully engaged throughout your celebration.
Every member of our team has been carefully hand-selected and thoroughly recruited to meet the highest standards of care and professionalism. Many of our staff are parents themselves, and all have experience working within childcare and educational settings, giving you complete peace of mind while you enjoy your special day.
We take the time to understand your individual requirements, preferences, and vision for your wedding. From there, we personally select the most suitable team members to create a tailored childcare experience that perfectly suits your family and guests.

23+ years' experience in childcare and primary education. Loves being a mummy, adventure, sport and live music.
20+ years' experience in pre-schools and primary education. Mum of 3 grown-up children. Loves fashion, musicals and theatre.
25+ years' experience in childcare and primary education. Loves being a Gran Gran, the outdoors and festivals.
15+ years' experience in early years, nannying, and now works for the NHS. Loves crazy adventures and is a foodie.
10+ years' experience in education, specialising in Early Years. Youth Voice Coordinator for Young Carers. Loves travel, musicals and a good cup of tea.
10+ years' experience supporting children and their families. Loves the beach, cups of tea and music.
Experienced in childcare and nursery settings. Loves being a mummy to her tribe of 5.
